I enjoyed learning a lot more about Panama and Costa Rica. I was really hoping your guest would have discussed Argentina’s attempts to tap back into international debt markets.
If it’s not too forward of me, I’d love if you examined the Ukraine-IMF and Ukraine-EU gas relationships. I find it endlessly interesting! Especially since we’re approaching that time of the year where Ukraine and Russia start to wrestle over prices, etc.
Thanks, and as usual I linked to your blog from my site.

Dear Brian,
Thank you for your comment. I’m sure the podcast team would be very happy to explore the issues surrounding Argentina’s relationship with the IMF and its creditors in a future podcast, and I will certainly pass on your request to the Latin America team.
Regarding Ukraine, my colleagues at Business Monitor are monitoring gas relations with Russia and the EU very closely, especially – as you have mentioned – given that a new gas deal will need to be agreed for 2010 in the near future.
